Shipped Orders

The Shipped Orders section in Loadinos provides an organized view of all shipped orders. This feature allows you to monitor shipped deliveries and access detailed information about each order efficiently.

Managing Shipped Orders

In the Shipped Orders section, each entry in the list displays key information:

  1. Order ID: A unique identifier for each order.
  2. Customer Name: The name of the customer associated with the order.
  3. Order Status: The current status of the order (e.g., Pending, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled).
  4. Total Amount: The financial value of the order.
  5. Actions:Available actions for each order include:
    1. View: Open the full order details, including customer information, shipping data, and any additional notes.

Viewing Shipped Order Details

When you click on the View (Eye Icon), you are directed to the detailed order page. This includes:

  1. Order Information:
    1. Order ID: Unique identification number for the order.
    2. Customer Name and Email: Details of the customer associated with the order.
    3. Order Status: Indicates whether the order has been delivered, shipped, or canceled.
    4. Total Amount: The cost of the completed order.
    5. Order Date: When the order was finalized.
    6. Pickup Location: The origin of the order.
    7. Drop Location: The delivery destination.
    8. Additional Notes: Any comments or extra information related to the order.
  2. Print Option: The bottom of the order details page includes a Print button to generate a hard copy of the shipment details for recordkeeping.
